Etymology and philosophy

Vega, the fifth brightest star in the sky

“Vega is the fifth brightest star in the sky and, given its high rotation speed, it has an oblate shape, similar to that of our planet. In the past, it was often used as a fundamental reference for zero magnitude.”

ITALIAN ENGINEERING & AESTHETICS

Curved lines, balance and precision

The Vega floor globe stands out for its iron structure with curved, essential lines, which supports the 60 cm sphere via an aluminum meridian. Its dual-axis rotation allows for 360° exploration of the globe, while the political cartography offers details on cities, capitals, rivers, seas, and mountains. A balance of solidity, movement, and contemporary design, created to furnish living rooms and executive offices.

The path

1

The Selection

Every piece originates from a careful search for raw materials. We select only woods and finishes capable of withstanding the test of time, evaluating every supplier for quality and origin.

2

The Drawing

Form comes to life on the drafting table. Proportions, balance, and details are carefully studied, until they define an identity that is both contemporary and timeless.

3

The processing

The hands of our artisans transform design into matter. Every joint, every surface is finished with the precision of those who have known their craft for generations.

4

The Control

Before leaving the laboratory, every creation undergoes a rigorous check. Solidity, finish, and details are inspected individually, without compromise.

5

The Delivery

The piece reaches your home protected and cared for at every stage. One final gesture of attention that completes a journey designed to last over time.

A journey worthy of its history.

Our artisans

The hands behind our globes

Behind every Zoffoli globe lies work built on time, experience, and gestures passed down through generations. Every material is observed, crafted, and guided to its final form, passing through different skills that converge in the same object. This is how something is born that carries with it not just a design, but also the story of those who created it.
